iProAT Solutions, based in Chennai, India, is a dynamic software company committed to transforming how businesses operate through AI-powered SaaS tools. Founded in 2020, the team at iProAT has built a suite of intuitive and scalable products designed to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and centralise operations across industries like education, HR, facility management, and sales. Their mission is simple yet powerful: help organisations do more with less by eliminating manual tasks and empowering smarter decisions through automation and data insights.
Before integrating iProAT's solutions, many of their clients were dealing with siloed systems, cumbersome manual procedures, and limited visibility into their company performance. Whether it was tiny firms unable to grow, HR departments bogged down by paperwork, or schools attempting to remain in touch with parents and children, these were genuine operational difficulties that required time, money, and concentration. Leaders required centralised solutions that could scale with their teams, adapt to changing demands, and provide real-time information with little overhead.
That's where iProAT comes in. With modular solutions such as Pro-Sales for CRM and sales pipelines, Pro-People for HR automation, and Pro-Biz for inventory and vendor management, they supplied clients with a set of tools that are simple to set up and use. Their educational services, Pro-Pupil and Pro-School, provide schools with a comprehensive tool for managing communication, attendance, and everyday operations on a single, integrated platform. Meanwhile, project-oriented organisations have profited from Pro-Project, a technology that simplifies communication, task management, and reporting.
The outcomes have been transformational. Clients claim shorter turnaround times, improved interdepartmental communication, and increased productivity. Teams are no longer bound by antiquated processes; instead, they use real-time data dashboards to make informed decisions. Educational institutions, in particular, saw more openness and better collaboration among staff, administration, and parents. One customer referred to it as "a complete shift in the way we work, everything is more efficient, transparent, and aligned."
iProAT remains notable for its dedication to user-centric design and industry-specific issue resolution. Their products are based on real-world user input and are intended to improve as organisations evolve. Whether you're a rapidly growing startup, a conventional institution, or anywhere in between, iProAT has the solutions you need to operate smarter.
However, as a fast-expanding technology services firm, iProAT found itself in a dangerous situation. With a growing customer base and project load, the team need a solution that allows them to retain high-quality production without losing speed. Their main issue was to balance velocity and precision, which got increasingly difficult as the crew grew.
That's when Dualite stepped in. iProAT collaborated with Dualite to establish a design-first, automation-led development methodology that could meet their expanding needs. The aim was to expedite collaboration, reduce manual effort, and enable teams to perform more without adding overhead. Dualite's clever design-to-code tools helped designers and developers stay in sync, while automated processes guaranteed that jobs progressed quickly from inspiration to execution. The automation platform did more than merely optimise iProAT's process; it completely revolutionised the way they operated. Dualite Alpha enabled non-technical contributors to participate in the development process by offering modular design templates that could be easily transformed into clean, reusable code. The team also benefited from seamless interfaces with its current technologies, such as Figma, Slack, and Git, resulting in a more connected and efficient product delivery environment.
Dualite Alpha is now more than simply a tool in iProAT's technology stack; it is a strategic advantage. From internal team collaboration to client-facing delivery, Dualite enables iProAT to move faster and develop with purpose.

The Hospital Parking System is meant to streamline and automate the whole parking management process, making it more smooth and efficient. The system is ideal for hospitals, metros, and other high-traffic places, as it satisfies the demand for organised parking in congested surroundings. It guarantees smooth vehicle flow, real-time monitoring, and optimised operations, while decreasing manual intervention and increasing user convenience. The platform also allows connectivity with entrance/exit cameras, barriers and kiosk video displays. With its user-friendly interface and expandable features, the system provides efficient, organised, and intelligent management over the whole parking process.

To begin with, when users check in, they are transported to the dashboard (image 1), which serves as the system's primary control centre. It displays vital parameters in real time, such as the number of available parking spaces, cars that are now parked, and those that have arrived or fled the premises over the day. This consolidated perspective allows administrators to make data-driven choices and monitor traffic in real time. Next, the live parking module (image 2) improves on-site operations by offering a clear ticket preview (image 3) and QR code scanning capabilities. Each transaction is shown on a preview card, which consolidates all essential information for quick reference.

Image 4: Slot management
After this is processed, the system adjusts the slot status to available, reserved, or occupied using the slot management tool (image 4) that enables real-time updates to parking spots. Any changes to the slot configuration are immediately reflected on the dashboard, with proof of successful implementation. This dynamic control guarantees that space distribution is always flexible and responsive to demand.

Another interesting feature are the reports as seen in image 5, it includes specific breakdowns of vehicle counts, entrance and leave timings, status, payment methods, and durations. It also has extensive search and filtering capabilities for easy access to historical information. Moreover, dedicated payment reports (image 6) give insight into overall income creation and may be sorted based on specified characteristics to allow for further financial monitoring. The software also allows administrators to set restrictions for various days, hours, vehicle kinds, and stay durations. For example, four-wheelers may be charged 0.5 OMR for first parking durations. Each configuration has a description field and immediately changes the payment system, enabling flexible and targeted pricing schemes. (image7)

Image 10: Kiosk Managment
Moving on, a dedicated staff parking pass (image 8) feature allows you to create passes that are tied to your staff's name, department, cellphone number, and specific expiration dates. This guarantees that hospital employees have controlled, trackable access to parking while avoiding traffic. The camera configuration module (image 9) allows you to set up entrance and exit cameras, as well as integrate boom barriers for automatic access control, it also allows adding or removing different types of cameras, according to requirement. Furthermore, kiosk management (image 10) helps administrators to improve user interaction by uploading movies directly to kiosks. Videos can be played on kiosks for promotional or educational reasons after being selected and uploaded, hence boosting user assistance and engagement on-site.

Furthermore, can also create new users by adding basic information such as a username and password, like in image 11. They may also provide role-specific permissions, allowing for either limited access or total administrative control, guaranteeing safe and efficient system governance dependent on operational requirements. Lastly, the settings page (image 12) contains password management tools, which enable users to safely modify or reset their credentials. Once updated, users may log out with confidence that their data is secure and private.
Therefore, overall, the program provides parking managers with a centralised, scalable, and easy-to-use platform for managing the complete parking ecosystem, including real-time car monitoring and ticketing, automatic payments, reporting, user permissions, and intelligent slot management.
